REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

NO CANCELLATION will be accepted or processed for refund; after 15 minutes of service setup or after the service provider has arrived on location. Fees are for immediate service and service starts immediately upon request.
There shall be NO Refund for any fees paid for service after 15 minutes of service dispatch or after the service provider has arrived on location, unless you can prove that the service requested was not completed after the rquest was made, that day. There is a Gone On Arrival (GOA) fee of $50 for any cancellation after 15 minutes of service dispatch or for any instance where the service provider shows up at your service location and you and/or the vehicle are not there.
Subscriptions are prepaid and if canceled, any prepaid term left is non refundable and service shall continue until end of the current term.
We shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Client or Customer for all chargeback, fees or other expenses incurred as a result of clients actions or refusal, withdrawal or cancellation of payment.
Unless otherwise stated or requested, payment shall be made immediately. Payment shall be in electronic from of instant processing.
Taxes where applicable, shall be shown separately on all invoices, bills or request for payment.
Your use of service is your acceptance and binding agreement to the terms herein.
